By accepting these Terms you warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. aqa99 may request proof of age at any time and may suspend or close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified. Any winnings accrued on an account subsequently determined to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be void.

One Account Per Person
Each individual player may hold only one active account on the aqa99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same name, different names, or using different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals. Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name and the mobile number currently active in your name. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds. aqa99 may conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at any time as part of its obligations under its operating policies. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Section 2
Account Management and Security
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials. aqa99 shall not be liable for losses arising from the unauthorised use of an account where the player has failed to maintain the security of their login details.
2.1
Password and Credential Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your aqa99 password and login credentials confidential. You must not share your credentials with any third party. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aqa99 immediately by emailing [email protected]. aqa99 recommends using a strong password of at least 8 characters combining letters, numbers, and symbols, and changing it periodically.
2.2
Account Closure by Player
You may request closure of your aqa99 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified funds remaining in your account balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to the payment method on record, subject to completion of any applicable KYC checks. Closure requests are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days.
2.3
Account Suspension by aqa99
aqa99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the account shows evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or abuse of promotional offers; (c) KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period; or (d) the continued operation of the account would expose aqa99 to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk. In such cases aqa99 will notify the account holder and, where appropriate, arrange the return of verified funds.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms
All financial transactions on aqa99 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). aqa99 does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency deposits, or transfers from third-party accounts not registered in the player's own name. All payment methods used for deposits must be owned and operated by the registered account holder.
3.1
Deposit Processing
Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to a player's aqa99 account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Deposits via card (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to process. aqa99 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times, scheduled maintenance windows, or network interruptions on the player's end. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, contact support with the transaction reference number.
3.2
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability. A player must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonuses before a withdrawal can be approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. aqa99 targets processing verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes, but this timeline may be extended where additional verification is required or where the request is submitted during a payment provider maintenance window.
3.3
Chargebacks and Disputed Transactions
A player who initiates a chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to aqa99 without first seeking resolution through aqa99's support process will be considered in breach of these Terms. aqa99 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold any outstanding balances, and pursue recovery of funds through appropriate legal channels in such cases. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
aqa99 offers a range of promotional incentives to registered players including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual offer terms.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual offer terms, which may include account verification status, minimum deposit thresholds, or activity requirements.
- All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) which must be satisfied before bonus-derived funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each offer is stated in the offer terms at the time of claim.

- Bonuses may not be transferred between player accounts. Players suspected of creating duplicate accounts or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers will have all associated accounts closed and all bonus-derived balances forfeited.
- Free spins awarded as part of a promotional offer are valid for the game or game category specified in the offer terms and must be used within the time window stated. Expired free spins are forfeited automatically and cannot be reinstated.
Section 5
Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aqa99 platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not sanctioned by aqa99.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including sharing strategy information in real time during live casino games or coordinating wager placement to manipulate game outcomes.
- Attempting to launder funds through the aqa99 platform, including structured deposits designed to obscure the source of funds, rapid deposit-and-withdrawal cycling without material gaming activity, or use of payment methods registered in names other than the account holder's.
- Registering an account using false, stolen, or another person's identity information, including the use of a mobile number not registered in your own name.
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the aqa99 platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a verifiable technical error are void and will not be paid.
aqa99 employs automated fraud-detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be placed under review without prior notice. During a review period, withdrawal requests may be held pending investigation. aqa99 will communicate the outcome of any review to the account holder within a reasonable period.
Section 6
Intellectual Property and Account Termination
All content, software, trade marks, logos, game assets, design elements, and text published on the aqa99 platform are the exclusive intellectual property of aqa99 or its licensed content providers and are protected under applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorised reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any aqa99 content is strictly prohibited.
6.1
Permitted Use
aqa99 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only, subject to your full compliance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, scrape, frame, or redistribute any part of the platform's content or interface. Any use of aqa99's trade marks or branding in a manner that could create confusion or imply endorsement without express written consent from aqa99 is prohibited.
6.2
Termination by aqa99
aqa99 may terminate or suspend a player's access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, where such action is necessary to protect the platform, its players, or its operational integrity. Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of these Terms), aqa99 may retain any balance in the account as a set-off against losses or costs incurred as a result of the player's breach. Upon termination without cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via the payment method on record.
Section 7
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aqa99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; interruption of service during a live bet; delays in payment processing caused by a third-party payment provider; or losses arising from your failure to read and understand applicable bonus terms before claiming an offer. aqa99's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to the platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to aqa99's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through aqa99's internal support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. Players located in Bangladesh who have unresolved account disputes are encouraged to first exhaust the support process at [email protected] before pursuing any formal legal avenue.
Section 8
Amendments and Contact Information
aqa99 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — for example, a change to the withdrawal policy, bonus wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — registered players will be notified by the contact method on record. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter the substance of a clause, or restructuring of the document for readability) may be made without individual notification. The version of these Terms displayed on the platform at any given time is the operative version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically and to be aware of any updates.
